• Consultations: Refunds for consultations are only available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

• Refunds for masterclasses or specialized services are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• For services that have begun or been completed (such as business consultations or custom strategies), refunds are generally not available unless otherwise specified in your contract.
